What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is within 7-15 business days. It depends on the location. When we are sending you the shipment tracking details then we will mention the expected delivery date. After you place an order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once the item is shipped, you will receive another email notifying you about the current status.
How do I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment from India Post official website.
How will the delivery be done?
Delivery will be done through Indian Post as registered Parcel. If you want shipped by courier(DTDC) it can be done with extra charges.
If item not reach us within ‘expected delivery date’?
If not reach within time then you may cancel the order and we will refund your money within 10 days. 10 days will count from your payment date.
Are products delivered internationally?
We do not deliver outside India. You can purchase the item from any part of the world but make sure that the address for delivery purpose is in India.
Can I gift an Item to someone?
Yes, you can. You just need to write an instruction at the time of placing the order; we will send the item with a gift wrap with your message. If you wish to send a message along with the item (as a gift), you can write the same in a specified box ( the box will open up as soon as you click on the box beside “Gift Wrap this Order”). We will print it and send it with your gift wrapped item. If you do not wish to send any message, we will only gift wrap the item and send it.

Return & Exchange Policy
We check repeatedly before packing the items which are to be sent. We sincerely scrutinize for defective materials. Hence, it is very rare that a defective item gets shipped on our behalf. In Case of book or any other printed materials., Quality of Prinitng and Qualiti of paper depend on the publishers. you can not change your book just beause the printing quality or page quality is low/bad/poor. If you have any doubt please call us to know about printing and paper quality before placing the order.
